The jilibett Platform is strictly available to individuals who are twenty-one (21) years of age or older, in accordance with Philippine law and the regulations of the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR). By registering, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement. jilibett reserves the right to request proof of age at any time and to suspend or close accounts where age verification cannot be completed satisfactorily.
Jurisdictional Eligibility. You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of the jilibett Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction. jilibett does not accept registrations from individuals located in jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.
One Account Per Person. Each individual may maintain only one (1) registered account on jilibett. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether under the same or different names, email addresses, or mobile numbers — is strictly prohibited and will result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances therein.
Accurate Information. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information as necessary to keep it accurate. jilibett may require identity verification (KYC — Know Your Customer) documents at any time, including but not limited to a government-issued ID, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership.
Self-Exclusion. Individuals who have voluntarily self-excluded from gambling platforms or who are subject to a PAGCOR exclusion order are not eligible to register or maintain an account on jilibett. If you are aware of such an exclusion applying to you, you must not attempt to register.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your jilibett account credentials, including your username, password, and any one-time passwords (OTPs) associated with your account. You agree to notify jilibett immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorized access to or use of your account.
jilibett will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with this security obligation. Any activity conducted through your account — whether or not authorized by you — is your responsibility unless you have notified jilibett of unauthorized access and jilibett has confirmed receipt of such notification.
You must not share your account with any other person. Account transfers, sales, or assignments to third parties are strictly prohibited. jilibett reserves the right to close any account that it reasonably believes is being used by a person other than the registered account holder.
Currency. All transactions on the jilibett Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (₱ / PHP). Amounts displayed on the Platform are in PHP unless otherwise stated.
Accepted Payment Methods. jilibett accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following methods: GCash, PayMaya / Maya, and bank transfer (including BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, and Security Bank). Debit cards linked to eligible Philippine bank accounts may also be accepted. jilibett does not accept cryptocurrency of any kind for deposits or withdrawals.
Deposit Processing. Deposits made via GCash and Maya are typically credited to your jilibett account instantly. Bank transfer deposits may take one (1) to three (3) business days to reflect, depending on your bank's processing times.
Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawal requests are processed within twenty-four (24) to seventy-two (72) hours, subject to completion of any applicable KYC verification. jilibett reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawals will only be made to a payment method registered in the same name as the jilibett account holder.
Minimum and Maximum Limits. Minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts are displayed on the Platform's cashier page and are subject to change. jilibett reserves the right to impose transaction limits at its discretion.
Anti-Money Laundering. jilibett complies with applicable Philippine anti-money laundering (AML) laws and regulations. Suspicious transactions will be reported to the appropriate authorities. jilibett reserves the right to freeze accounts and withhold funds pending investigation of suspected AML violations.
jilibett offers various bonuses and promotions to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each promotion, which are incorporated into these Terms by reference. In the event of any conflict between promotion-specific terms and these general Terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail with respect to that promotion.
Wagering Requirements. Unless otherwise stated, all bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier will be stated in the promotion terms. Wagering requirements must be met within the time period specified; failure to do so will result in the forfeiture of the bonus and any winnings derived therefrom.
Bonus Abuse. jilibett reserves the right to withhold, cancel, or reclaim any bonus — and to close the associated account — where it has reasonable grounds to believe that a player has engaged in bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, using automated software to meet wagering requirements, or colluding with other players to exploit promotional offers.
One Bonus Per Household. Unless otherwise stated, promotional offers are limited to one per household, IP address, device, and payment method. jilibett reserves the right to limit or withdraw promotional offers at any time without prior notice.
All games available on the jilibett Platform use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes. Game results are determined at the moment of play and cannot be influenced by jilibett or any third party after a wager has been placed.
In the event of a technical malfunction during a game session — including but not limited to server errors, disconnections, or software failures — jilibett reserves the right to void the affected round and return the wagered amount to the player's account. jilibett's decision in such matters is final.

jilibett's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your jilibett account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
jilibett does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, to the fullest extent permissible under applicable law.
jilibett collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
